Summary: Service used to be really good but this stay was not good at all. Only one girl was nice that worked the front desk, the heater didn’t work and they did not provide any extra blankets, out hotel door was hard to shut and it took several times for us to get it to latch shut and lock, breakfast was very disappointing

Summary: Had trouble with my confirmation number so it took around 45 minutes to check in. The room had stains on all the furniture it stunk really stuffy, i went to get the breakfast it claims it has available but there was nothing ay all..

Summary: This property looks NOTHING like the photos! Had there been other rooms available in any other hotel, we would have never stayed! A/c was leaking all over the carpet which caused the room to smell horrible!

Summary: Our television wasn't working, so they agreed to let us move to the room next door. That was the only issue, and they made it right. The outside is nothing fancy, but the inside is clean and has the basics. We had to ask for an iron and hair dryer, and they provided both. Great location and friendly staff!

Summary: Staff was very nice. Property was very run down. Our door would not lock, and tv wouldn't work. Beds were clean, carpet was very dirty.
